After Airtel, now its Vodafone launched 1 paise/sec tariff for all local and STD calls made to Vodafone for its prepaid customers only in Karnataka circle.

Vodafone recharge voucher at Rs. 74 for new subscribers. Under this Vodafone users will be charged at 2p/sec for the first 60 seconds daily and will be charged at just 1p/sec thereafter for all local and STD calls for the day. The tariff validity for this recharge is one year.
Another recharge voucher priced at Rs. 66 for new subscribers, is bundled with a free SIM card with Lifelong validity. Vodafone customers will be charged at 1p/sec for all local and STD calls to Vodafone and 1.2p/sec for all local and STD calls on other networks. The recharge offers a talk time of Rs. 5 and comes with a tariff validity of one year from the date of recharge
